Business property adviser Christie & Co has been instructed to sell the leasehold of Yia Mass in Park Street. The venue, which is an eatery during the day, trades as a bar and late-night music venue which stays open until 5.30am on Friday and Saturday nights. It has been under the same ownership since 2005. A Christie & Co spokesperson says its clients are now looking for a "quieter life” and want to focus on a new potential business venture in Bristol. The property advisers say the venue's current lease and A3 licence – which allows the sale of food or drink for consumption on the premises or the sale of hot food for consumption off-site – offers prospective owners "an opportunity to trade for long hours in an outstanding location". Ladbrokes Coral to be bought by online rival GVC in £4billion deal James Ribbons, business agent in Christie & Co's Bristol office, said: "We are very excited to be offering for sale the lease of 67 Park Street. "The A3 classification and late-night licence at the site offers the operator an opportunity to trade literally throughout the day and night as the area has an appetite for everything from breakfast to late-night drinking. acupuncture Bristol"The terms of the current lease create a very lucrative opportunity for the right buyer.” Christie & Co did not comment on future plans or whether there would be changes to the venue following the sale of the site.
